"I would like to inform potential buyers of Greswick Angus livestock of our company's experience with the Spearpoint family at Greswick Angus over the last 5 years. For some years, we have been expanding our herd and buying additional properties as our aims are to produce top quality grass fed beef for both domestic and export markets. After much investigation we decided to purchase our bulls from Greswick Angus as we required high quality bulls for both heifers on their first calf and then potentially good weight gain calves to be produced from our normal breeding herd. With the cooperation of the Spearpoint family, we have been able to choose high quality bulls to suit our needs.

Once a year we visit Greswick Angus to choose our bulls and in every case over the last 5 years, the offspring from their progeny has been top quality, had great weight gain growth and the bulls we have chosen to put to our 1st calving heifers have meant we have had no calving issues at all. The bulls we have chosen to cross with our breeding herd have given us great weight gain for our weaners and the heifers we have kept for further breeding and they have proven to be very wholesome, have great lines with a good size and good temperament.
